Featured Friends' Recipes

I had an idea on the train this morning.  I think it would be really fun if some of my friends/blog followers were to be featured on the blog.  So I am putting this out there:

Send me one of your favorite recipes, and a short video (in WMA) of you making it, or pics that I can put on the blog, or send me the recipe and I will make it myself to see how it comes out (giving you full credit of course).

Or how about an even bigger challenge?  Invite me over and we will make it together and film an episode for the blog starring YOU!  How fun would that be?!
