Anne Burrell is one of the new generation of Food Network stars. Her show "Secrets of a Restaurant Chef" is starting to become one of my favorites. Why? Her recipes are excellent, and thought provoking. Some of her methods of cooking are surprising; ingredient combinations, techniques, and food choices. She is also VERY ANIMATED, which makes her sometimes, well... a little scary.
That is why Anne Burrell is featured in this Food Network Clip of the Week.
This woman is the Queen of Salt. She throws handful after handful of salt into everything she makes. (choke) (gag) Besides that, I like her.
